WILBARO is our own creation associating live original music and Original modern contemporary dance.

The wheelbarrow symbolizes the tool each human being is using to make his life journey and
consequences of his acts on earth destiny.

As GWI Artistes Network  art is our wheelbarrow

Our tool to bring awareness campaign to the society about our individual and global responsibilities on environmental issues.

Fortunejade Okhobo

Born in 1985 in Kenya in Nyanza province, grew up in Mombassa. Inspired by
art since he was 9 years, Jacob stimulated fellow youth and started a drama Club in Mombassa which
turned to be the engine of his art scene. He joined later the Travelling Theatre Troupe (Known as 3T)
based in Changamwe constituency. Jacob vocabulary in art in general is broad, ranging from dancer, actor,
poet, theatre maker, costume designer, stage manager, choreographer, artistic director, event organizer
etc… Jacob has toured nationally and abroad like to United Kingdom, Netherlands, Belgium… For more

Papa Omugataya

Born in 1985 in Nyanza province in Kenya. After high school he studied dance and
theatre with the Kenya Performing Arts Group (www.kenyaarts.com) and had international artistic
exchanges programs. Later with Jade and Oscar Adema, he became a founder member of Others
Production and also part of the GWI Artistes Network. For more info please visit
